I dunno how i came across this i guess i was trying to find my regular color on froogle and this site has hair colors by a company called Actvya, never heard of it before, but it says permanent color and features all funky colors. I noticed a lot of people had asked this question before and that they were searching for permanent funky colors that require developer like the regular colors.
