This is from Rae (zapevaj's) website http://www.hairalchemy.com/tutorial/index.html should give you some insight on pinch braids I would guess they are the least damaging method available if done correctly. they last as long as any other strand by strand. until your hair grows out enough that the bonds show. ~2-3 months. |

I have them, and I really like them. They're the gentlest method I've
tried, and they last until I get them swtiched out (usually at about 3
months, as with any other method). I never shed or lose any either.
