hey anyone have any advice what to do with my hair. its average length 2-2 1/2 inches long but quite fine. i want to grow it but ive noticed it grows very slowly and i lose alot of hairs during the day. anyone know how to thicken or stimulate growth, would be much appreciated.

Growth depends a lot on genetics and a healthy diet, and if you are overall healthy. You could ask your haircutter for a style that looks thick even though you have fine hair.
