Im 16 and im finally allowed to dye my hair the colours i want....i saw a girl with blone hair and black underneath it...it looked really nice so i have deicded to get that done but i am unsuer...my hair is shoulder length and im going for a punky kinda look..... Do u think it will look good or too takcy?! |

I think it'll look tacky, but if it's the look you want right now, go for it. If and when you get tired of it, then switch to something else. -------------

If your hair is already blonde then why not try a temporary color first. I understand I like to try different things with my look but its nice to be able to try stuff out first before commiting.I havent seen the black underneath but i have seen girls with the top half a solid blonde and the underneath light to dark brown.I think it can look really cute.Just be careful of the blonde or you'll end up looking like your hair is white instead of blonde. -------------

It won't look tacky because that's the"COOL" thing to do. Girls here do it all the time. I've evern contimplated doing it. It'll look fine. Christian did it and Shakira has her's done like that before. Not tacky, not different but it'll be okay. ------------- ~* Bambi Lee *~ |

I used to do this to my hair before making the mistake of coloring it entirely dark... I really liked it...my hair is naturally blonde and very fine...I thought it gave it more dimension and looked thicker... Good luck!  |
