Today when I was looking for something to wear, I noticed the only pants I had that were clean were a couple pair of old ones from years ago that have been hanging around unworn since I got too big for them.  Ever since I started losing weight, I've tried them on periodically, but they always seemed a bit tight.  But today, having nothing else, I put them on anyway. . . and they fit perfectly ^_^V !  So I guess I'm now the size I was for most of my teen years. . . which is still far from thin, but it's progress.  Gonna keep up the exercise and trying not to eat so much junk, and see what happens next. . .

Wow! That's great. I can imagine what a great feeling that must have been for you. Keep up the good work. I know your "struggles" being that I'm trying to lose a few pounds I picked up this winter myself. I just recently returned from Florida on vacation. Needless to say after a few trips to the beach, I realized I have some work to do  (my bathing suit was fitting a bit snug - although my husband didn't seem to mind ). Anyway, I'm exercising, drinking plenty of water, walking and cutting back on the sweets, etc.....  Again good luck!!

Being able to fit my old jeans has helped encourage me to try harder on my weight loss, so I've increased my amount of exercise again.  I'm trying to do 90 mins per day now, which is a huge chunk of time, but if it gives a good result I'll keep doing it.

The only thing I wonder is, if I do lose the weight doing 90 mins of exercise per day, will I have to keep up that pace for life to keep the weight off, or will I be able to go back to just 45 mins or an hour and still be okay?
