A woman stopped me today and asked about my hair. When I told her they were extensions, she was like, "Oh, my God. I've never seen extensions hair that looked that high-quality before. I must cost a fortune! Is it Russian?" (It's PlastikHaar, of course--$13 a bag!)

This batch is holding up wonderfully, and is looking and feeling better now than the day it was installed. I have noticed that the synth gets easier to manage in a lot of ways after you wash it.

I just ordered a new batch of PH, and it came superquickly--like in 3 days with Priority. I was shocked. Included were my new swatches, which are really pretty.

:)

Isnt it awesome when someone stops you and rants and raves about how great your hair is! I love it when that happens!

Thats interesting to know that the PH gets easier to manage after washing.

Wow that was really quick shipping. I ordered late last week with priority shipping so Im hoping it will get here soon!

So what did you tell her?

I hope you concocted some crazyass lie about Russian hair blah  blha blahh and that she believed you and then you told her the truth abaout he beauty of PH.

But you're probably less evil than I am.

I would imagine that isn't the first time you've been complimented on your hair.  I agree with you on the PH...it's seems to be like wine, it gets better as it ages  I hate to take this batch out, but regardless of how well PH wears...my own roots are abysmal!

Delin: Well, I think the PH *looks* just as good when it's first installed as when it's worn, but this time around, I had quite a bit more hair installed (and it's long as hell, like butt length) so I did have some tangling. Ever since I washed it, though, it's been virtually tangle-free. Very manageable.

Mocha: You are evil, girl (hehe). I didn't tell her that, but I will next time!

Jenny, do you cut your ends as you go with the install, or just keep it long and go with it?  Can we talk you out of some update photos?

I always get my PH in three days its fantastic.  I can't wait to go to the post office, I can't wait to get it in now its just finding the time.  I've got in my collection so far Kokos, Vanille, Mandel, Satin Blonde, Blonde and platin blonde.  I'm thinking of putting the whole lot in they are that nice.  I usually wear 22/18 and the satin blonde and mandel are a perfect match to that but I'm feeling a little adventurous this time he he xx

Posting update photos now.

I did cut the ends periodically with the first install, but I haven't been trimming it since then. Every once in a while, if I see a funky end I'll trim it off, but that's about it.
