I placed an order with RK on Friday, and now I am waiting for this great order to come in..before this friday, when I disappear to go dance at the Ct. Zydeco Fest. for three days.... Any suggestions??? Octavia

Don't panic, Octavia. It's going to be fine.
Sometimes UPS has glitches but they fix them quick. Check the tracking again later. If still no good, then try emailing RK at their info email on their website if it's different than that vanka@vsnl.com one. If push comes to shove in a couple of days, like Monday, and still no hair or email, give them a call. They're a big and seemingly reputable company. To be fair, it hasn't even been a week. You probably have nothing to worry about. |

yeah ups has been acting pretty wierd lately.I've bought quite a few things recently and havent been able to track any of it.I have been getting it just fine.So its probably just ups.And I had the same problem with usps.I was worried for the first couple of items but when they arrived on time I wrote it up to ups having site troubles. -------------

My first order tracked fine with UPS but my pending one now cannot be tracked. It's definitely a problem with UPS because I tried tracking another pending order through a company I buy oils from all the time and it's not going through there either.
oct, check your order through https://www.ccnow.com/cgi-local/os.cgi - and put in the required info. I didn't notice it before but they had included a note that my hair would be shipped four days after I ordered which explains why I don't have it right now. Everything will be fine, you'll see.

I saw that also, I was hoping that it meant that it would be here in four days...oh well, no reason to stress...I am off to dance to Cajun music for three days...I'll hust wear a hat!!! when i placed my order they said it could take up to 3 weeks to receive it oh well, on a good note with EP- iplaces an order on wed. received it on Thursday the next day! i was lovley hair too - pre tipped.
