Has anyone used this vibrant colour highlighting kit? It comes in red and fuscia and blonde, does anyone know if it is permanent?

I've seen those before, and thought about trying one, but haven't yet.  I think they're permanent, being highlighter kits and all, but I'm not sure whether "permanent" means the bright fucshia will stay, or that it'll fade to like pink or something, and you'll be stuck with that permanently -_- . . .  *wonders*
