hi  i got my ph i while ago unforuntatly im not going to be able to usei t cause i ordered the wrong colours they are much too dark and ashy

anyway when i took it out the bag i was a bitconcerned that it got tangly. but im thinking this might just be cause its sooo long and ill ned to cuta bit off.?

If you put three or four squirts of a really high quality conditioner in a spray bottle with water and spray it on the ph it will comb out and be easier to handle.  I recommend a really wide comb or paddle brush to handle the hair.   With synthetic it's reasonable to expect  a little bit of hair to be lost.  Cheers.
