for those of you who wear these, what products do you use to wash and
care for them?

Hey There,  I don't wear clip-ins, but Metalgirl is an expert.  If I were you I'd do a search for clip-ins/metalgirl threads and see what comes up.  Cheers.

Washing clip ins is easy, I just do it in the sink at night and let them air dry!  I use a good shampoo and conditioner.  Sometimes I'll leave the conditioner in for a half an hour or so for deeper conditioning.  I put a towel on the counter in the bathroom, and set the hair on that.

Sometimes to dry it, I'll take the hair and hang it over my deck railings outside, if it's a nice sunny day!  Just have to make sure the dogs don't get into it.  They did once, but I got there before my expensive human hair could become a chew toy!
