what aboout this? http://malaysianmethod.tripod.com/ - http://malaysianmethod.tripod.com/  it seams like a good method. it is a sew-in that uses no braids. and a whole head takes 2 hours.

i have fine/thin hair and the microrings are just not working out. they are some what see able, and bulky. and i used the small rings.lol. i am looking for a method that wont be bad on my hair, so i can grow it out. thanx for all you guy's help.

the first method is just fusion using preglued tips and a heat wand. It can be very damaging if not installed carefully and removed carefully. Ive used the preglued fusion method for along time with little damage, but I do think its more damaging than most other methods. Alot of people have experienced significant damage from fusion methods.

The second method, we had a big topic on here awhile back. If you so a search you should find it!

Yeah, ditto what Sherrie said. Fusion can be one of the *most* damaging methods. :)

Also, if youre hair is too fine to hold rings it wont hold the Malaysian (neither the original nor the modified ring version) Well, it wont hold for long anyhow!

Many people have had success with either pinch braids or heat seals.

"Undetectable strands" is usually the same thing as fusion.
