Hi, I have never been skinny, or in shape up to now when i recently lost a lot of weight.  EVery part of my body looks so muchj better, except for my face which looks saggy, and my lips look so small? In th emirror when i pull the skin back towards the back (on my cheek) my lips become wider and not so small anymore.  Is the excess skin causing my lips to be pulled forward and be small (they look somewhat puckered).  If i remove the excess skin on my face so its tighter, will my lips be wider like they are when i pull the skin back now? thanks!

The best person to advise you on issues of your face is a plastic surgeon. There are many methods now to get rid of jowls and bagginess - almost no need for a full face lift anymore if you catch things early and don't wait til you're a complete prune.

It may be a proportional thing, where your face is bigger (due to excess
skin/fat) so your lips seem smaller. Smaller face due to neck or facelift,
and your lips will probably seem bigger. Weird, I know, but stick with me
here:   It was like the same thing in reverse with my nose profile; I had my
nose done, but what really helps keep my nose looking small is having lip
augmentation, which also makes the space between my nose and lips,
and the space of my chin, look smaller and more petite. Made my lips
bigger, and that made other parts of my face look smaller. It's the
proportion thing (it's important in plastic surgery) applied to different
facial features.
