i dyed my hair too much and its like straw and breaks easily.  should i use a deep conditoning treatment or use chloresterol or something right away?.. or give it a break from shower and products for another day? help!

Giving it a break from the shower isn't going to do much.  Stopping the "products" may be helpful if by that you mean heat styling or styling sprays, gels etc. 

The only thing you can do with it at this point is use a silicone shampoo to glue down all the breakage and make it easier to comb and make it look better (I used to use pantene conditioner when I dyed mine white...its full of silicones).  These can cause problems in themselves if you let them build up, so you will have to find a way to clarify your hair if you want it long (if you keep it shorter than bra strap length, this shouldn't be too much of a problem - I hesitate to tell you to clarify because some methods for doing so aren't so great for your dye job...how long is your hair?). 

A deep conditioning treatment would be good too, but likely with more temporary results.

You will eventually have to cut off the breakage, but by using a conditioner that improves how it looks and detangles you can do that gradually so you don't have to change your hairstyle.
