I've never heard of it but It should say on the bottle what it does, or what's it for.

I don't really have a method. I don't use a lot of products cause the key to getting waves is brushing. All I do is put some moisturizer in my hair(either luster pink oil moisturizer or shea butter lotion) and brush till my arms get tire(which is about 30-40minutes and then take like a 10minute break and then start brushing for another 30-40minutes or more) and du-rag it for the rest of the day. I keep it simple and that's working for me. My arms be killing me the next day but to me its worth it. In my sig is my results after 6days of brushing, and my waves has improved a lot since the day I took that picture

when I first started spinning it was ny head dat was herting it felt like it was on fire but I got used to it.
