Replies: Posted By: leia1979 Date Posted: June 18 2005 at 9:23pm What did you use?  There's a big difference between permanent and semi-permanent dyes.  Permanent dyes never completely come out.  Sometimes they look like they have, but part of it is still there.  Semis generally fade out on their own, but can stick permanently in processed hair. What exactly are you trying to achieve?
