Hi all.
Its been a while since I last posted updates so I thought I would post the lastest pics... they were taken a couple of days ago.

The first pic shows my hair naturally air-dryed after the shower.

The second is my preferred look... straightened

As it is easier to live with ie. tangles etc and looks better in a ponytail and other sytles.

What do you think. Just for comparison this is a pic of my hair after my trim in december

So heres the question, I was thinking of getting a trim on the ends to clean them up so as my hair has its current length but looks as good as it did after the trim with the ends all clean etc.... So do you think I should do this, I was going to get the trim soon so as I can still take advange of the added summer growing instead of growing it further then having to lose all the lenght Id gained because it was unhealthy. Also do you see any damage etc or anything I should draw my attention to in the pictures. And finally can you suggest any other styles other than ponytail. Other styles I do currently is wearing an alice band (headband) with the rest of my hair down.

So opinions and help please.

Thanks in advance.

Wavy hair looks better layered, while straight hair looks better blunt-cut. So I'd say if you were to wear it wavy, as in the first pic, that it looks fine, and you can trim it when you want to control your length.

I think you should start trimming your hair if you're going to wear it straight. My recommendation for everyone without severely damaged hair (yours looks quite healthy) is to trim 1/2" per month until it gets to the point that you like it, then cut back on trims, or eliminate them unless you want to go shorter.

You spent a lot of time getting your hair this long, it would be a shame to put yourself back in the "awkward stage" again.

I wear my hair lots of different ways, they're just not suitable for guys.

Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
