I'm a 14yr old white guy with semi-wavy/slightly curly hair, about 4in above my neckline. I want and afro, but how. All perms I've seen just give people curly hair, I want a real foot tall, circular disco style fro. Could somebody help me?

Well, I don't know about impossible, but maybe u can speak w/ a person who deals w/ African American hairstyles. Talk 2 someone who knows about thick, curly hair. I think change is positive, but it's also good to think about the hair that God gave you and be proud of it. If it's possible for people of color to straighten their hair, then maybe it's possible for people who aren't of color to curl their hair in an afro way. I've heard of afro perms. You should look into it, it's probably the only way you can do it. ------------- 
Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask? |
