The bodywave looks nice I think.

Hey, they look pretty nice. The FR is more curly than usual, but I'm happy to see they're pretty close to standard textures.

Edit: Oh wait, that FR is Goddess, not RK. Silly me.

Anybody have any idea what the RKHair superwavy looks like?

So what do most people get double drawn or single?  Handwefted or the machine?  Experiences with the wefts? Any shedding? One have less hair than the other?

Cherrycoke; I usually get the double-drawn, because it means that more of the hair is full-length. When you're going short-to-long, that really counts, IMO.

As for hand-wefted or machine-wefted, it really just depends on what you're using it for. Hand-wefted ("hand weaving") means that the weft is handmade, not machine-made, so it's more delicate but way thinner, therefore less bulky on the head. A machine weft is a standard weft; you've probably seen it on regular hair at the beauty-supply store or something. Usually hand-wefted is far more expensive than machine weft, but at RK it's only $5 more, so I may start using the hand-wefted stuff for weaves, so it has less bulk.

The only thing I think might be a problem with that is that maybe handmade wefts shed more than machine wefts? Has anyone found this to be true?

Shoot. I'm ready to run off to work or I'd take a pic for ya. I only
have the machine wefted but I have read over on BHM that the hand-
tied sheds MUCH less. From what I've read, most all who've had both
wefts are agreeing.

Are machine wefts better for making clip-ins?

Look at the picture of my tracks on that other post about RK colors...there are 2 close ups of the wefts. They are pretty standard machine wefts. Before I sewed them in, I went over them with gel nail glue to keep them from shedding.

I saw those pics right after I posted that Syren.

They look more like the PH wefting than say the WAWA wefting.  I found the weft ont he Wawa to be a bit bulky.

I make clip ins withmachine wefts.  But I've never tried with hand tied.
