I am naturally blonde with many natural orange and brown highlights- strawberry blonde. In March, I used permament dye to dye my hair black, but every 2 months I have a 2 inch strip of my natural colour on the top. Instead of going through the hassel of root touchup kits and redying my hair, I've finally decided that it's time for a change.

My original idea was to just bleach it- make it blonde, even if it was't my natural colour. I then changed my mind and decided to go with the classic "blonde on top, black underneath". But I want something more original.  

I've been trying to find some sort of colour(s) to match my hairstyle- It sits just below my shoulder for length, with bangs down to my eyebrows and a few layers razored on the sides (sorry for my terrible explaination of my hair, I don't exactly know the right words to use to describe it). I'm pretty big on individuality and being unique, so I don't exactly want just one shade of blonde (I do want it blonde though, most definately on top anyways because that way I won't have roots).

I'm probably not making any sense now, so I'll stop. But my question is this- does anyone have any pictures hairstyles with unique colour coordinations? (if that makes sense to you.. because I confuse myself). =)

maybe something like this? i think i'm getting this done soon... it's not completely blond on top but it's spunky and original and about your length with black in it too. hope this helps?
