Hey everybody. this is my first post. i have naturally blonde hair that goes past my shoulders. By blonde i mean, VERY LIGHT blonde.  I want to do a few simple Streaks of Red and was wondering if anybody has done this before and if anybody had any tips or suggestions on how to achieve a look that doesn't look cheap.

thanks a ton

Bunz

You should probably try a brush.  They sell special brushes for painting streaks and chunks onto the hair.  Just be careful while painting so it goes on evenly and in the right places, and hopefully you'll be fine.  There are also plastic highlighting caps where you have to pull hair through the holes in the cap with a little plastic hook, but that can be painful, and sometimes the dye gets in through the holes in the cap and makes your hair blotchy -_- .
