Hi, just been watching Wimbledon and wondering how do I get my hair to look like this? The texture I mean, not really concerned about the style yet:

At the moment my hair is 5-6" long, thick and wavy. It goes dry and frizzy and looks ugly if I just come out of the shower and leave it. What I want is for it to to be kinda "stringy" and soft, almost wet looking, like in those pics.

Any ideas on products/techniques etc? I don't need the name of an exact product, just the type of product I need to use.

Thanks.

I don't think he intentionally tried to get that look, it was probably a combination of whatever he had in his hair and sweat. The only thing I can think of to get that stringy look is to use mouse on your hair, but it won't be soft.
