That's easy Flip!  After curling your hair with the snap on things, apply the perming solution saturating desired areas.  Then leave it on according to what the box tells you for your type hair.  The box will then say to rinse once you see a "s" pattern take shape while unrolling the snap on things gently.  You then have to roll it back.  Rinse with water, apply your neutralizer and leave on following the recommended minutes indicated on the box, rinse again and voila!

Hope this helps & Good Luck!, Charlene

Its not always that easy, you have to do what works for your hair type. There are different type of perms on the market, and what means one thing to one person might mean something totally different to somene else. I refer to perming my hair when I actually relax my hair, and I haven't used snap rods since I wore a curl- years ago. If your not sure what your putting in your hair, I would suggest letting a professional apply it for you, or at the very minimum post a picture of the products your planning to use in your hair and that might give others a little more to go on to help you with . Wish you the best.
