what up ya'll? one of the last few mixes i could make with my current crop, but it's a winner. though heavier than ice, a decent amount of crew pomade (which is still pretty light, especially when compared to like, murrays) followed up with nunile has had my waves lookin mean the last two days. based on what i've tried so far, i could go on with just those two and be more than happy with my waves. if ya'll want, i can post pics, but considering how little difference i think there was for all the different pomades that i used, you may not think it's necessary. ------------- link to my wave pics http://community.webshots.com/user/veinteuno - http://community.webshots.com/user/veinteuno sometimes i wonder whether i post to post, or so that i can plaster vida's booty all over this site |

Nu nile is good. Especially mixed with ice pomade. I don't know where you coming from with it isn't good but, eh people aren't going to change what they see in their own hair just because someone else believes the product is no good. -------------  A Yo Hollaatmyfoot

I've been lookin at the dudes around campus who have waves and none of them use pomades. After I used Nu Nile and saw how different it had my hair looking compared to them I stopped using it. IT seems like without all the pomade pressing your hair down your waves get deeper. I have only been using shea butter for the past 10 days and don't plan on going back. The only "pomade" I will use is Ice though. Only because it doesn't hold your hair down it just moisturizes. Anyway, if someone wants 3/4 of a can of Nu Nile let me know... Nu nile and ice seems to be the ultimate combo. It makes my hair look good. I lost my other ice pomade and i was using lets jam with nu nile but, that didn't work. It made my hair dry. Even though i put pink lotion in it I before. So i bought a new ice pomade and im a just use that. ------------- A Yo Hollaatmyfoot

I TOTALLY AGREE ALTHOUGH I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THE NU-NILE. TODAY I ONLY PUT LETS JAM IN MY HAIR AND PRESSED IT DOWN WHEN I REMOVED MY DU-RAG I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW GREAT IT LOOKED FROM JUST THE JAM. YOU ARE SOMEWHAT RIGHT BCUZ THE POMADE DOSENT GIVE IT THE SHINE LIKE THE MOISTURIZER ALONE DOES.
