Iight here a quick Question:

    What type of foods and such would you eat in order to slim down, right now i been tryin to for at least a month, i drop 6-7 pounds just by not drinkin soda and eating a healthy, low dairy breakfast. But you have to understand, i'm husky guy, i want to really step it up. I started running in da mourning, for about 20 mins a day, and i do 2 chest work outs and 3 ab work outs a week startin last month. I just want a Better diet that complimants my work outs better.
