okay everyone, here's my problem. I have some wawa in shade 33 but it has too much of a plum tint. I know that it's impossible to "color" synthetic hair, but is there any possible way to change the color through toning or is there any way to make the color fade?  Time to experiment I guess...

Good luck to ya Stacy.  I tried everything with this hair.  I bought Rit dye remover and boiled the living hell outta that stuff and it never lightened.  With it being a fabric, you would think household bleach would work, no such luck.  As for dying the 613 darker, same thing, tried Rit, other fabric dyes, hair dyes, semi perm dyes, soaking in various food products that have dyes and nothing!  But the good news is, it didn't ruin the hair.

So if you find something that works, tell us here, because there are alot of ladies who would like to figure this one out.

The only luck I've had dying Wawa was dying 613 with demi in warm shades of brown and golden blonde which toned it to various shades of pastel blone not currently available. It doesn't dye as dark as humain hair would in similar circumstances. (I used wella demi from sally's) You can also dye it (pastel) pink or whatever with things like manic panic in a darker pink. I don't know how long it holds up though washing. I only washed the test strands a few time but they were ok.
