| has anyone tried the redken soft or smooth line, if so how was it. Im trying to find a good shampoo and conditioner that will make my dry brittle hair soft and manageable. |

i tried the all soft conditioner and it made my hair hard and tangled. im too scared to try the other redken products now. the results i got from the all soft were a little scary. LOL ------------- |

I have the Redken Smooth down poo, conditioner, and butter. I LOVE it!!! It left my hair very moisturized and soft. I've used when I was natural and relaxed and LOVED IT!!!  -------------

I"ve never tried the wax. The 'butter' I was referring to was the Butter Treat which is a deep conditioner. -------------
