what are the rules and guidelines when wearing fusion? any tips to help me avoid breakage and or damage?

Well, careful and patient removal--with the proper tools and
remover--is probably the most important factor. Personally, I wouldn't
suggest fusion at all for hair that is damaged, bleached, straightened,
thin, fine, etc. Those with stronger hair may have success with it, but
again, proper application and removal is key. :)

I use fusion as my primary method of installation and I love it. I give all my clients a homecare handout which tells them how to take care of their hair ie how to shampoo and what kind to use, how to brush the extensions etc. I have fine, thin hair and I have been wearing fusion extensions for years without any problems. I have tried many other methods and for me fusion has been the least damaging that is why I use it on my clients. Give me you e-mail and I will send you a copy of my homecare instructions.
