which method is better for someone with damaged hair, they are trying to grow long? fusion or shrinkies?

Can you only do strand by strand with shrinkies or can you do wefted hair like you can do with micro-rings?  I can't see how since you'd have to connect the shrinkie to the weft.

You can do the wefted method w/shrinkies.  That might be to much strain for damaged hair tho...   How about clip-ins?

Cherry.  SOme people put rings intheir hair and use that as a track and then sew the tracks on.  IF you do it that way you can do shrinkies for wefted hair.

i haven't used fusion, but I would think shrinkies would be less damaging!
