Hi, I just started to grow my hair. it is about 9 in long. My main difficulties is avoiding tangles in the shower and sleeping with my long hair.

Because your hair isn`t long yet, you probably shouldn`t have many problems dealing with it, but when it does grow, there is the option of putting it up at night. I suggest braiding as it works the best for me, but there are many other ways to do it (like buns, etc.). Now, about tangles in the shower...if you brush your hair before you take a shower it should cut down on the tangles and knots a lot.
