Hi!

I never post here, but I read a lot, and I post a lot in Quinnster's EzBoard Forum (as "eleonohra") and at the Heavenly Hair forum (as "elio"). I just wanted to tell you all that a Swedish Extensions Site called http://www.happyhair.se - "Happy Hair" are using pictures that are not their own. I've seen Boogiemamas pictures in there, for example. http://www.happyhair.se/info_pages.php?pages_id=15?osCsid=f4c436f9922d3a3451e450a069547cdc - The direct link to the "Before and after pictures".

I just wanted to make you all (expecially those of you who got your pictures stolen) aware of this, since I hate people who lie and steal, and I would really like to know if someone had stolen pictures from me.

Those of you who feels the same about that kind of people, please email the owners of this company and tell them to take down the stolen pictures. You can email them through http://www.happyhair.se/contact_us.php - this email form . They do not write their email address, so you have to use that form if you want to email them (strange, huh..). "Ditt för- och efternamn" means "Your name and surname", "Din e-postadress" means "Your email address" and finally, "Meddelande" means "Message". Please let them know how you feel about this and help the ones who's got their pictures stolen.

/e

EDIT: There are also pictures from knotjustdreads.com on that site. I do recognise other pictures, so it's possible that they have stolen pictures from many other websites, and that all their pictures are stolen. :(

Put your name on them, like hair candy's...

That way its more difficult to steal.  not impossible of course, if anyones hellbent enough they can photoshop it out, but it usually keeps people from taking it.

Photoshop, text tool, type the watermark, then go into the options box (one of the floating boxes on the screen) and lower the opacity, if you like, so that the name is semi-transparent. Then hit Ctrl+E (squishes the layers together) and save it as a jpg.

wow,  NICE.

I've been thinking about watermarking my pics, the thing is I have SO many and they are all different sizes so automating in photoshop wouldn't work.

bah.
