I am just discovering this whole world of hair color info.  I've read in severl of the posts about color remover.  How is that different from bleach?  What I just got was the cap highlights..would that have been bleach or color remover?  Is there a difference in the chemical used for foils or the cap highlights or the 'all over' colors?

learning...

Color remover is to remove dye. Bleach is to lighten your natural color, though sometimes it would be necessary to lighten further if the color remaining after the dye was removed isn't light enough to suit you.

Only the technique is different, the cap and foils processes are the same.
