hey ,, I posted my regimen on an earlier post but I
failed to mention that for the past year Ive been using John Frieda Relax Serum and thats what I truly think helped save my hair and maintain my length,, I also take a daily multivitamin and try to eat protein like tuna fish,, my hair is thriving  ------------- Hair type: 3b some c?, fine strands, last relaxer sept 05, never again!!! current :ap length on sides,,nearly bsl in back, damn those old frazzled ends! I am hair OBSESSED |
