i just wanted to know how many of you guys that wear durags tie them up?  cuz i neva leave mine like it is and i always tie it up because i dont like it all hanging down. i just wanted to know what you guys do

I wear it down around the house and while sleep.

I don't wear a du rag or wave cap in public. People look at me and try to treat me like I can't read or something.

Guess they think I'm a rapper or a thug if I wear it in public.

I'm a little older than some of you cats so you can get away with more than I can. Society holds me to a higher standard on appearance and clothes because of my age (I'm over 28 years old)
