Okay, so I returned from Field Training without any horrible damage occuring. (I did have to cut out one tiny section of hair after a rubberband refused to come out) :( I haven`t cut my hair in three months and it now passes my collar bone in the front and i can barely grab it in the back! I`ve decided to make some changes now to make sure my hair keeps up its wonderful growth:
1) No more dying. I`m a hair color freak so I`ve been frying my hair...
2) No more trimming unless it`s been at least three months since my last trim.
3) No more blow drier unless I absolutely need it!

What do you guys think??

Ladykera,

Those are good resolutions! As to no trims for 3 months, I find I can`t go more than about 9-10 weeks at the most before I really need one, so I would have trouble keeping to that resolution. My hair`s sort of the same length as yours, it sounds like, as mine is bra-strap length in back and a couple inches below collar-bone in front.

Good luck and welcome back from Field Training!

Katherine
