Anybody ever deal with this exporter? The prices seem pretty good for bulk. I guess a KG = 2 pounds and they have a very low minimum for bulk orders-- 5kg.

The hair from SKM is wonderful!
No mothball smell, really good smelling hair, and just a little bit frizzy ends. He delivers within a few days, and the hair very fine.... Awesome!!!!

I wonder if this stuff would be that hard to get rid of on ebay? Heck, I paid almost as much for my NatureGirl hair for ONE headful as I could 40 PACKS of this hair! Holy moly. Some places quote over 112 an oz for the really curly hair.
This supplier told me he could get me very curly hair. With that much to chose from I could pick out the curly ones and see if I can pawn the rest off on ebay. That's like $35 a package (1/4 lb) for 23 inch hair. Lord, I am becoming a hairaholic and I've only recently found these boards. It would suck to be stuck with 40 packs of hair I didnt like though. Finding nice curly is such a pain.

Hey girls, yes I have some pix..... I wore the hair last time with normal keratin bondings for 3 months and then my sister used it for 2 month, then the hair was too short for her...
Here is curly befoe washing:

and one pack single drawn after washing, bad pic, but my cam is not the best:

And this is the lovely straight hair:
I tell you girls, the hair is really awesome, it is really remy single drawn, some bundles have only 2 oz, others 4-5 oz....
SKM was my first supplier, and he can also send some dark brown/medium brown hair......

IT does look nice. Did any of the curly you get come REALLY curly like naturegirl hair? How was the wefts and shedding? Thanks so much for posting this info!
Do you happen to have any suppliers you could recommend that have that really tight curly hair?

Hiya,
normally I don't buy curly hair, so I cannot say something about the curls. But my friends wears it, and the curls are really nice. But the curls are more in the length, not on top.
All hair is between 18-24 inches, I have ordered 2 kg in 2 length.
The hair on the pic is bulk, but I had also wefted hair, no shedding (I wear only lose hair, so I can only tell what my friends say)....
I always read about naturegirls hair, what is that, also a supplier?

They are a hair company that sells the most awesome curly hair, but I believe they buy it from other suppliers and mark it up. It's very expensive.
Bliss has really curly hair too and I would love to find out who both of their suppliers are. When I look at the prices of the suppliers I am floored because its so much cheaper than the hair companies like Bliss and NatureGirl.
I am tempted to try this hair. He did say I could request extra curly. hmmmm So how much did you wind up ordering when you did order? Did you have a hard time getting rid of the hair?

I never had any problems with skm hair.... Also my friends and some ebay clients always telling me, the hair is great. No breaking, and just a little bit frizzy ends, so you can cut it away. I recommend SKM!
The prices are great, and no chemical treatment for the hair. I had also some experiences with bleaching, and coloring, and the hair is still intact.....
I would say, just try 1 kg, the shipping costs via fedex are not so high and when you don't need 1 kg, just sell the rest on ebay...
I have only a rest of the straight hair here, have to order again...
He has fine lighter colors, like color 4 (medium brown)... Very silky and other bundels are a little bit more wavy...

that sounds amazing! so how long do you think you can reuse them?
also, is the coloring easy? lets say to turn it blonde does the darker color lift okay? I read recently of a person having problems with lightening dark brown indian hair.

I actually was one of the people whining about coloring some hair. Naturegirl was REALLY hard to lighten. (I believe NatureGirl isn't indian hair though, they said they get it from portugal and northafrica or something.) My friend got 2 batches of indian hair somewhere and one pack was very difficult to lift, but the other lifted to light brown very easily with just those highlift brunette colors. Naturegirl however was a total b*tch to even get to dark brown. Highlift colors did nothing to it. I've never dealt with trying to lighten indian hair to blonde or anything. I'm scared of bleach, but it seems like most of the women here have no problems lifting indian hair.

I bleach the hair always twice with 6% peroxid ( I don't know if I am right writing that in english) and let it on the hair for about 1 hour, also the 2nd one...
First you get an orange tone, and after the 2nd try you get blonde.... Normally I color it again, maybe light brown or dark blonde... I have a color chart too, but my cam won't work yet...
I think you can wear the hair 6 month and more, its up to you how you care and condition it....

Cherry, I don't know what color you were going for w/ NG hair. But this
is a pix of NG natural black, compared to the brownish-red color i
lightened it to. I just used basic box color, whatever I had in the
cabinet. I Usually keep at least 5 boxes around. But this was after
about 40 min time using the light blonde dyes .

this is color outside

inside

That was the color I was going for! I must have gotten a hard batch because my hair was jet black and I tried everything. I tried a blonde on it. Kept it on there for an hour. I tried the highlift brunettes they recommended. I left that on for over an hour. Finally I give it a soap cap which a woman here recommended. (I didn't want to put any bleach in it, but I had to.) It was so dark and harsh on me. Some of the hair did pull a deep brown red, but most of them were still substantially darker than I wanted. Still it's darker than Im used to, but it looks good on me.
Is that deepwavy? NatureGirl said that usually most hair could be lightened to brown really easily. So maybe it was a fluke. Hopefully it wont be so hard next order, because I was so stressed out dying and redying that beautiful hair.
But that's totally the color I wanted! How did you color it so well on top? It doesnt even look darker on top.

Izabella, I believe 6% is what I would call 20 volume, 9% is 30 volume,
and 12% is 40 volume. I may have shifted that slightly but its
roughly correct. I've seen 50 Volume, but I've never even
considered buying it, much less using it. You are mixing that
with bleach right? (powder or oil).
arghh I want to go home and play with my hair. I hate work!

Cherry, That's NG 2b wavy. I didn't do anything special to
color it. I used Bigen xpressive Honey Blonde, and some boxed Loreal
blonde color. Whatever was handy. When I reused the hair, i darkened it
back up to like a #2 because it was really too light for me. That
particular weft got lighter than i wanted it. I was going for a dark
brown. I used some black Revlon color on it and darkened to #2..
And it was soooo soft after the color. I'm sure I can lighten it again
too if i need to.
I'd be bummed too if i bought NG expensive hair and then couldn't get it to color!

Oh I was STRESSED out! I already was feeling majorly guilty for blowing about a grand on hair and I had to redye it like 3 or 4 times! I was afraid it was going to be all damaged but it's still so very soft. I think it was just my tough luck that it wouldn't color. Also annoying was that they were lifting all slightly differently. They all mixed beautifully, but I was sweating bullets because I was getting all kinds of shades. I'm happy with it now, but next time I do want lighter. I can't imagine hair being any nicer than Nature Girl though.
Do you find that you get kinda dry hair before the day is out and have to rewet it? It's so beautiful after I do it, but late in the afternoon it seems to get drier and more frizzy. I put some more oils in it today. Optimum oil therapy which is a combo of coconut, olive, avacado and jojoba and the hair really softened up. This hair really loves oils.

I used phyto products on my NG (defrisant and phytolisse serum).
I didn't need to do anything to mine during the day even when out at
the beach. Sometimes i'd put a 'smidge' of biosilk serum on it, or
oscar blandi. Just a dab tho

Hey mocha, I always use powder, in germany there is no liquid for bleach.
The hair is very natural, and the smell is great
Some bundles are small and short, also little bit wavy, but after washing and when you work with it, it is great.
Its shiny and no tangles, thats why skm's hair is top for me.
I have only 2 bundles of skm hair left, these are shorter ones... I sell them on ebay.
And here is the favorite, that is 18 inch wefted natural indian hair:

Mmh I hope you can see the pic, I cannot :-(
This hair I got also from india, super fine handtied weft, and the hair is sooo straight and silky... But the supplier makes always normal amount on order, so I have to pay lot of custom fee :-(

Mmh it seems, my won't load....
I will try later.......
I also have pics of really really bad hair I got... I am searching always for natural hair in india, which is to 90% ok, other 10% is crappy stuff.
Shepard India can be also ordered online, this was the eeeekiest hair I ever got. I ordered some blonde hair, and got strawberry.. Weft sheds like crazy and you can put the hair in the trash after washing, because its so frizzy and tangly....

cherrycoke - what was the price he gave you for the 24 inch?
|

$340 a KG for curly plus shipping, but he told me a minimum of 3 kg. Straight hair is $280 I think. Maybe you can get less if you are really persistent. Isabella said she got to order 1KG at a time, but he acted like he was doing me a favor by letting me get just 3. I'm not sure what shipping is. I'm seriously thinking about getting some. If I do, I'll post about it here and let everyone on the board have it for a cool price, then sell the rest on ebay. He promises me that if I order he will make sure it has tight curls, but I know how that usually goes. I just hope if I invest money in a boatload of hair, I'll be able to get rid of it all.
