ok so i went to the hair dressers and got my hair styled like this guys

i got it done and it was perfectly like it i was really happy with it

heres a pic u cant really see it but it really was the same as the style above

only thing is i cant get my hair any thing like it. when she dried it it looked nearly the right style even though she had only dryed it it was really soft and just sat right when i try its really dry and fluffy like this

then i straiten it and it still doesnt sit how it should. its 10 at night so i didnt spend ages doing it but u get the idea

and this is what its like done but i did do this 9 hours ago and it has rained. please any tips on getting it right!?

Did she add anything to your hair when she styled it that you don't normally use? In the top pic he appears to have it combed backwards slightly were you have yours very straightand in the final picture going slightly foward, also your fringe covers your forehead and eyes almost completly wereas he seems to have seperated his fringe a bit and he hair is shiny(could just be the light though). I think you need something with a very light hold that would add some shine. I think gel might make it appear too hard/solid for the image you want so maybe a mousse would work better, Garnier fructis have one called sleek and shine which some people have told me work reasonbly well. I bought some but haven't gotten around to trying it out yet. Do you condition your hair if not maybe you could try that as that would add some shine and weight to your hair reducing the poof effect the some hair types hair can give, also coupled with products it might be reduced even more.

Don't know if that was any help, It is difficult(for me anyway) to judge how to achieve your previous style as I haven't seen it but I think this might improve it a bit. I hope that helps.
