As long as you minimize exposure to the scalp, I think you should be fine actually... ETA I have a conditioner that has mineral oil. I try to use it only once in awhile, and so far nothing bad has happened ::cross fingers::.  ------------- http://anaissatin.livejournal.com">  my LJ , 40 inches long
