I have baby fine hair that is at my shoulders but thin so I wear it mostly in a poney tail I want my hair to grow longer down my back so I have been web seaching on what product will be the best but still not sure which one will work for me Please help me

No product will help you. But there are certainly things that WON'T help you.

The following will NOT help you:
* chemical dyes
* relaxers, perms, straightening treatments
* heat tools such as blow dryers and hair irons
* tightly-done ponytails
* not conditioning your hair
* things that claim to make hair grow faster
* daily hair-washing

The following WILL help you if you want your hair to grow down your back as fast as possible. The basic idea is to keep your hair has healthy as possible so you don't have to cut off damage.:
* stay away from heat styling
* eat well, eat protein, eat a balanced diet
* drink lots of water
* take a multivitamin
* exercise
* forget about your hair
* use a gentle shampoo (e.g. one with sodium laureth sulfate listed second on the ingredient list). Be sure to only lather up your scalp, then the suds will run down your length. Do not pile your hair onto your head while washing.
* always condition your hair after shampooing
