Hey ladies I finally found the hair regime that is for me!!!!. I used the All ways natural shampoo and con and Lekair as a deep condtioner and infusim 23 the teal label this time as my leave in  and my hair was detangeled, had slip and was very soft and reduced shrinkage. I tried a new deep conditoning method that I had read in a hair book and it worked wonders for me hair. This is what you do.

 Apply your favorite deep conditioner to your  hair and put on a plastic cap sit under hooded hair dryer for 15 set on  med heat. After the 15 min is up, apply more of the deep condtioner to the weaker areas in of your  hair then sit under the dryer  with the plastic cap for 10 more min. After that 10 min is up apply more deep condtioner to your hair then back under the dryer  and plastic capfor another 10 min. Total mins 35.
