I am over it - frustrated and aggravated. I have a few posts on here, but basically I used semi permanent hair color six months ago which was suppose to be dark brown ended up coming out black. I used Colorgems semi dark brown. Evidently that is some potent stuff if you never want it to come out. It hasn't even faded since I put it in.

Ok, I want dark blonde w/light blonde highlights. I used colorfix and applied it twice, came out a orangey color on top but not in the back. I was going to use Wella mailbu blonde (brown base) and Wella frosting creme for the highlights. Which I guess is not happening. So now I have so many tri-colors I could even name them all  I can not go around looking this way. I have a meeting at my son's school tomorrow, No Way I am going there like this.

I was looking in the closet and i do have a Loreal excellence light brown creme dye in there, should I put that on? Will it cover it up? Also I have Wella golden blonde with a ash-gold base?

Gosh I am lost for words this has never happened to me before.

My hair still seems to be in good shape, soft, and no breakage. It is above my shoulders ( a bob growing out)

Any suggestions - thanks

Wow, your almost as bad as me with dying hair!! You need to remember that when you are going from dark to light, it never comes out the exact colour! It will lighten your hair to a degree, but with it already being dyed it is a lot harder to go light.  By over processing your hair with dyes, all the colours just build up.  I would try using a strong shampoo, like vosene to try strip the hair of some colour, and then try dying it lighter.  I would also try a lighter colour than you want and hopefully this will bring it to the shade you want.

It's hard to give advice about your hair without actually seeing it and seeing the condition it is in. I think you should just goto a professional at this point. Anymore bleach or permanent haircolor could be completely devastating to your hair. I hate to see you end up with breakage at or near the scalp and then hafta chop off all your hair.
