Im guessing its has alot to do with the cold winter air. Like menace said, "i can light a match on my dry hair". Its ridiouclous *sp* I can put hair lotion in and 5min l8r its dry as****. I can put alot on at night and durag and wake up with dry rolled up waves... wtf!.. makes me wanna kit my hair again were i didnt have dis problem! NeweraOg and me belive it happens alot wen da hair gets alittle to long cuz da same happens to his! I know theres something else out there we could use instead of hair lotion for moisture. Im thinking a grease like your mom uses would help. so... What the hell causing hair to get dry so quick! I searched and some things could b * Excessive washing, harsh detergents or alcohols, excessive blow-drying- maybe us * Environmental dryness- cold weather * Anorexia nervosa- i hope none of us * Malnutrition-i hope none of us * Hypothyroidism-wtf is this? * Hypoparathyroidism-wtf is this? Damn twista i did the same thing. I put a whole bunch of pink lotion and i duraged it, then like an hour later i took it off and it got even dryer than when i put the pink lotion on. Ive been askin moms like wtf can i use fo my hair to get some mouisture up in there? She said try this product called MAGICAL GRO Maximum Herbal StrengTH, by AFRICAN PRIDE. i mixed dax, some setting lotion stuff, pink oil by lusters and pink oil for kids ima put this in tha mircrowave and ill tell u if it works ------------- |

How do your hair feel? I mean, even tho your hair is moisturized its not suppose to be dripping wet. As long as moisture is in it thats what matters. That is one reason its a relative term because people want moisturized to feel and look a certain way.
