What hair product/regimen/vitamin, etc. have you used that you think has helped to thicken your hair?  Not including rollersets, which I currently use to achieve fuller hair. What I'm looking for is something that will possibly thicken the hair strand (if that's possible) for a head of fuller/thicker hair.

You can thicken thinned hair but you can't thicken thin hair. My hair got like 2-3x thicker after I stopped relaxing it.

vitamin B 5  I think it makes the roots/newgrowth thick which makes mthe hair appear thick, I think. Don't quote me on that though.

I have heard that about vitamin B5 as well.  I think I may try that.  My hair has, in the past, been so thick that I couldn't have a braided ponytail without something holding the ends together.  Now, it's thinned out.  I hate it and I'm looking for the same thing - my thick, healthy hair back.  I've used DooGro, which is very good & did help thinning edges, but that's all it did for me.  It is growing my baby's hair (she's 18 months & her hair is past her shoulders and growing since I started using it on her hair/scalp about 6 months ago).  I use the whole line for her - shampoo, conditioner, moisturizers, MegaThick, etc.  I won't relax her hair because it's soft and curly, so I don't see a need to do it.  I've also used Aphogee before (for me), but I can't say that I saw any considerable difference.  I use Pink relaxer, which I find to be gentle and effective.  I think I'm going back to Nioxin - I used that several years ago & it works very well.  It's just so expensive - at this point, I don't care!

Thanks, ladies! I do take both biotin and b-complex now for the overall health of my hair and have noticed some improvement (could be that I'm just caring for my hair more now though and not NECESSARILY the vits??) Anyway, it's not noticeably thin, I just want to thicken it up more if possible. I just want my ponytail to look fuller when I wear my hair back
