yep depening on brand but usally the same like carrot creme from africans best and hollywood ------------- waveing is mental a barrier u must over come

they basically do the same thing but the carrot cream is better for
when your doing your daily/nightly brushing routine and carrot oil is
better when doing a hot oil treatment

| yeah I got both. I like the carrot creme better but the carrot tea tree oil thing smells good. I like to use that as well |
