no not really. the longer your hair is and the more you brush when you
hair is long the deeper the waves get, but usually depending on your
texture you might need to use a hard brush when your hair is that long.
if you got nappy, or tightly curled hair then your gonna need a hard
brush to get them deeper. i wouldn't completely rely on the hard brush cause they also can make your waves come in crooked, and make you work harder to get them to connect. ------------- |

i jus got a cut like a week ago, and all i gots is a hard brush so im not brushin till my hair gets back high. wont hurt to relax on brushing especially if you dont wanna be bald by age 20 |

^you should definitely get yourself a soft brush so you don't have to
wait until you hair grows back so you can brush, or don't get it cut to
short.

You sound like me But My problem is my right side is coming sraight down, and like their's no connection to my middle but it's connectin good wit my back, it's strange but my other side is connectin to my front but is not connectin to my back Bu tmy goal is Nov.6(B-Day) so wish me luck! |

Yeah spinna, i told my barber a dark ceasar and he gives me a very light, sorta like T.i. so im applyin dat doo gro 24/7 gotta get my hair to grow bac b4 schoo start on da 29th |

it makes your waves come in straighter, hair lays down better, and
connects your waves better. it works the best after you get your
haircut.
