I really should change my screen name to hairpiggy! I just bought some of that REALHair and then I go and pay for some more.

ANyway, my friend and hairdresser and a few women she does all went in and order a few Kilograms of SKMHair after I told them about indian hair bought straight from the supplier--and of course I had to snag a few of the curly bundles.

Here's my review on it.  Some of it is REALLY nice.  They ordered a bunch of wavy and that stuff was really pretty and soft and shiny.  There was also some curly in the order, but the curly wasn't very curly.  All of it was nicer than indian hairs. Here's the bundles I nabbed.

http://public.fotki.com/cherrycoke/skm_hair/ - http://public.fotki.com/cherrycoke/skm_hair/

The bunches were funny sizes that would be hard to sell, ranging from 3 oz to 4.3 oz.  Strange enough, the curly didn't have any split ends but the many of the straighter bunches had had tiny little splits.  We didn't get as many bunches as planned when we ordered. We had it all added up how many 4 oz bunches we should get but it seemed we were way off.  This might have had to do with the strange size of the bunches.  Don't ask for lighter brown hair. It seemed all the lighter brown hair had those little strange split ends. Although some had split ends, you can't really see them in pictures or even when you look at it, only when you hold it to light and see this pinsized different colored hair at the bottom.  Also I found some nits and grey hairs. But the hair is exceptionally more beautiful and snaggle free than indian hairs and had less dead frizzy ends.

Even though the split ends were really short because the hair is single drawn they are difficult to trim because the split ends are at different levels.  Most of the hair was really beautiful and no tangling at all.  Some of the silkiest prettiest bunches would be so beautiful and then have those little binky split ends. It was strange.  Although the hair was very clean and fresh smelling, some had nits.  ANother annoying thing about the nitshells is that they just handtied them right in, so there would be nits handtied up near the weft and hard to get out.  The hair was all zigzag hand tied. It didnt shed much but the weft was all one long weft. You would have to cut it, which means you have to seal all the ends yourself and if you don't, they really unravel super easily.

Buying in bulk is a pain in the butt. Now I understand why people jack up the prices.

There isn't much of the hair left. There are a few packs of the silkier ones I was talking about with the tiny little split ends that I could sell if anyone is interested. Most of it is all pretty long. I have photos of 2 packs of the hair that I'm looking to sell really cheap. (Maybe $40 or something--it's 24 inches long.) It's really pretty, but like I said it has these little split ends at the bottom that take forever to snip off.  I think there is also a nice deep wavy package left that nobody wanted cuz it had nit shells and all of us are WAY sick of picking out nitshells.

Here's an example of the silkier wavy I was talking about.

http://public.fotki.com/cherrycoke/hair_to_sell-1/ - http://public.fotki.com/cherrycoke/hair_to_sell-1/

Anyway SKM is nice hair and the price not bad if you buy bulk. I would watch out about ordering it because if you have a lot leftover you can't use, it might be hard to get rid of on ebay because of the size of the packs varying so much. There was enough of us to split the hair up so it wasnt a problem.

They say their minimum is 5Kg but another woman here says she ordered 1 or 2 kg.  He went down to 3KG. I don't know if it has to do with what mood his is in or what.  No credit cards you have to western union them the money.

Ok, I'll pass on that one. I remember I did email him once and he told me he would sell 3kg, but I would rather pay by credit card

hey the number three pic of for sale stuff looks like it might be the right wave for me.  Is it 24" after wefting?  and have you washed it yet?  Cause if not it's likely it would get curlier and that would be no good for me.

So far I only have pics of 2 of the packs available. All the picture on the link I posted were of the same bundle. Its after washing but I also brushed it out a bit.

I'm only selling a few packs of it. There really isn't much left.

Oh I like REAL Hair a lot more.  SKM isnt curly enough for my liking and the hairs are bigger around.  Real hair is more like nature girl. SKM is more like getting a bunch of indianhairs.com best batch of hair.  REALHair didn't seem as "indian" SKM hair looks and feels very indian.  REalHair also seems like somebody really went through and pick out the ultimate hair and prepared it.  SKM has some greys, nits and occasional split ends.  But RealHair had prices like naturegirl and SKM had prices closer to IndianHairs.com

hi im new posting on this board, but I do post on BHM...

Cherry the hair that your selling how much is it in ounces?  Is this also the hair with the nits still in it?  Also when u order in the bulk w/others how much are you paying....I would like to be able to do that because it would save me money since i am a college student...

Im not sure how much it was an ounce.  They price it buy KILOGram.  When we figured it out we thought that the 24 inch was going to be around $35 a pack.   But it was more than that because we did get less bundles.  Not sure how much, need to do the math. Probably somewhere around $45.  They ordered some 18 too but I can't remember how much that was because I wasn't interested in it.  Some of the hair has nits in it. Some of it doesn't.  Some had absolutely no nits, some had 1 or 2 and a few had a lot that were a pain in the butt. When you order bulk you'll probably have to come up with a lot of money at first.  I think our order was around $1000.  Like I said, the hair was a lot nicer than indian hairs even with the occasional greys and nits. I believe a lot of indianhairs hair has nits on it it too.

ok well being that I suck big time in math..kilograms is how many pounds?  Was it a lot of yall I mean if its a lot of people then its really not that bad.  I wish I could afford NG, BLISS or EP but right now imma have to go with what I can afford..lol it seems many ladies on this board and BHM have a sh*tload of money to spend on hair, and I just dont have that right now, but instead of my spending 60+ a pack on BSS hair I might as well get something atleast a TAD bit better then that.  I was wearing platinum milky way and it was good for a little while..then u know what happens next, so I feel that I can keep a weave longer if I get some type of indian hair. How long is the hair that your selling, because u said it has some bad ends then that means it would have to be cut....

Ok Cherry, call me Hairpiggy #2. Just placed my order with Real hair. Hope it comes quick! like Friday!! I ended up ordering 6 of the Curly and just 2 of the curly kinky wefts. So hopefully I didn't mess up, hope the curly is truly  curly. I was a lil scared to order too much curly kinky because that one looked kinda big on website. Tho yours looked nice in longer lengths. But the other pix u posted of shorter curly kinky looked frizzy. Maybe i can do a mix of curly and curly kinky/.. hope so

Kilogram is a bit over 3 lbs I believe.  The hair is 24 inches. I think most of the 18 inch ones are gone now. Have to double check.

haha Koffee.  I was worried the curly wouldnt be curly enough, especially in longer lengths. I really love the kinky.  Did you get a receipt?  I didn't when I reordered more.  They haven't answered my email for a few days.  But I did get that first order in a timely manner.

No receipt yet? didn't you say you emailed someone and they told you when your order was shipped? If so, what was that email addy, because I would like to followup on my order too. Even tho my credit card will protect me  , I'd like some kinda confirmation that they have my $$ .  And I'm worried the curly won't be curly enough either.. but i had to try it. I got some kinky  mixed in w/ the order, so if i hate the curly and can't mix, I'll order more kinky i guess.

Girlnextdoor, What kind of texture are you looking for?  There are a few bundles left that nobody claims that we were hoping to sell.  Let me know what type of hair you were looking for and I'll see what there is left.

well my hair is water wavy and i remember looking at a site and it explaining like the number but it has a "S" pattern to it, and it waves up in humidity and stuff like that, but my hair is a mix between wavy and curly...its weird, but im not to picky, i would like something that looks nice and that I can count on to last and look nice atleast 3 mths on a sew-in. Any ndian hair can be straighten with a flat iron huh?

I'll go through and look tomorrow and see what's left.

This might sound pretty gross, but I have pack that is reeeally pretty but there are a lot of nits in it.  I'd send it for you for the price of postage, but I warn you. You will be feeling like a mama gorilla getting the nitshells out.  If you have patience and don't mind messing with it, I think you'll love it.  I just haven't got the patience to do anymore picking at hair and this was a pretty nitty bundle.

Here's photos of it. It's 22 inches long.

Nah realhair was totally worked over like NatureGirl and EP and Bliss etc. That hair is completely prestine.  This came from an indian supplier and they don't go over their hair with a fine tooth comb.  That's why it's so cheap. You are paying for somebody else to do all the work.

Well usually when I have found nits in the past they have been like maybe a dozen of them.  This one has more than that.  With the indianhairs.com hair I had bought and my friend got some too, almost every bundle had a least a few of them. With this SKM hair 1/2 of them had absolutely none. Then the other half had only a few, moderate and then there were a few bundles with dozens of them. This one has dozens of them. She was a major licehead, but she had a pretty head of hair.  I do feel stupid trying to give away nitty hair. But  it really is pretty hair. lol

Hey, I was wondering what you have left?  I am looking to add some length to my current install.  I have 16 inches in right now, and it is indian hair that I  bought off of ebay.  I know what you mean about nits, I picked and picked, then just gave up!!!

I sorta screwed up my hair, I took the razor to it yesturday, and did a little too much blending, now I have some very sparse areas on the sides, and I need to fill them in, and I want to add a little more length.

Let me know if you have anything left, and how much you are charging.    Thanks!!!

Well the shipment is pretty picked over right now.  I was thinking about charging like $50-$55 for the best bundles.  The problem ones I was thinking about doing $20 or something.  The biggest problem being split ends.  Most of the hair is 23 inches so there is a lot to work with.  ones that do have splits generally have very short splits, but because the hair is singledrawn its really a pain to trim them because the hair is so many heights.  What kind of texture were you looking for?

Girlnextdoor, just private message me your shipping address and I'll send it tomorrow.

I am just looking for a curly texture, nothing to kinky, just nice soft curls.  here is a pic of my latest install

I wish that I knew how to get these pics posted better.  They seem so out of focus.  They look alot better on my computer.

Anyways, how big are the bundles and what kind of weft do they have?

Thanks!

I hope their business isn't blowing up too much since you posted those pretty pix. That might be why they don't have time to reply to emails now... I still haven't rec'vd email confirmation on my order, NOR a reply to my email asking to verify that they received my order. But I did have to call my c-card company today for soemthing unrelated, and I asked if there was a purchase from company in Amsterdam.. and the rep said "yes. Real Hair?" I was like "OH YEAH, that's it!!" So hopefully the package is wingin' it's way to me by now.
