Hi ladies - sorry i've been absent, been lurking...

i have all this bulk PH - i cannot wait to get new pinchbraids from heather in atlanta..but unfortunately finances are pretty dismal right now....

so - with all the talk of skin wefts and sandwich methods....i'm just wondering if there's a way to convert the bulk to a weft myself with weft tape or something? i know someone posted something here or on quinnsters about using caulk - that just seems like it would smother your scalp? i'm unfortunately not a sewer, either...just curious if anybody had any suggestions...

Cheryl

They used to have a demo linked off Quinnsters board about making your own weft.  It would be kinda bulky.

Essentially you slip knot the hair onto a string and then heat seal the knot.

I don't know if the link got lost when everything else did over there.   I'll see if I can find it later.
