I LOE THIS SITE!!  There is sooo much information.  I having been reading about the "conditoning washes".  Can someone please post exactly how to do this.  Being a product junkie, I have many different brands of conditioners, so I should have something that will works.

When you CO Wash you basically use conditioner instead of shampoo to wash your hair.

I sometimes do a apple cider vinegar rinse before I co wash.

First you use a light conditioner (V05 kiwi lime) like you would a shampoo and then you use your normal conditioner after. But if you are going to do condition washes only you can't use cones that aren't water soluble because you need sulfates to remove those.
