Its Natures Gate Jojoba conditioner, I wash with like shampoo, then condition wrapped with a warm towel for just 10 min (or longer if you like) Rinse with warm water WELL, then rinse with purified(I use RO water) cool water. Let air dry and Voila, its super soft. Just thought Id pass it on! Ciao ------------- dolcecasa!
