When I had very dry, damaged, and over processed hair I used; "L'Oreal Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture Nurturing Creme" from sally's and it worked really well. Below you will find a picture so you know what to look for. I do have one question and concern for you, you are asking for a product for damaged hair and yet you want to go blonde? This may not be the best idea. Going blond will only further damage your hair, possibly to the point of severe breakage which may result in having to cut all of it off (It happened to me!!) Try getting you hair healthy before going blonde, and perhaps consulting a stylist.

If you decide to go blonde, try to avoid bleach. However if you don't already have blond or very light brown hair this may be impossible.

Whatever you do decide I wish you luck and again I reccomend the following conditioner for damaged hair:

Glad I could help. I just read your other post. It would be safer to try going darker like a brown or something and use something that won't lift like a demi or semi-permanent color that will be more gentle on your hair than lightening to a blonde. But yeah, I do think you should wait a while before going blonde, I have done similar things to my hair and it was a disaster!

Hopefully you'll be able to find everything you need at sallys and I hope that conditioner works out for you, It really made a big difference for me. I wish you lot's of luck, and let us know how everything turns out for you.

I'm using Sunsilk Intensive Conditioning Mask for Coloured Hair recently, and it's leaving my hair in strong, shiny, and in superb condition.  You can get that from regular drugstores too - it's only cheap.

I'm not sure about the haircolor, but I don't recommend ever asking a Sally's employee for help. They're completely useless and more than once I've ended up with an atrocity on my head because of their advice.
