Hey everyone-

Recently, I've been noticing that my hair is starting to taper a little at the ends.  I know this is normal at a certain length, but I didn't anticipate the tapered ends looking lighter than the rest of my hair.  They're a really light blonde, while the rest of my hair is a dirty blonde/light brown.  Is it normal for tapered ends to be lighter, or are these ends damaged, or what?

Thanks,
Katja

the ends are where the most damage is, the hair is oldest and more weathered then the rest, it is normal for it to be a slightly lighter color, Ive noticed it more in blondes or people with light brown hair though.
